The Early Childhood Council of Kern is pleased to release the 22nd annual Wendy Wayne Scholarship application.
Please see the instruction letter and application below and note the submission deadline of Friday, April 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
One $500 scholarship will be awarded.
